The Finance Department is divided into Four (4) Sections:

Cashier Section


Handles the collection of tuition fees and other funds necessary for the institution's operations and future projects, with direct interaction with students regarding their payments.

Investment Section


Manages the Colegio’s financial resources through investments and bank transactions, generating interest income and ensuring funding for future projects. Its activities are internal and do not directly impact students.

Purchasing Section


Procures materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. It supports academic needs by acquiring educational resources necessary for effective teaching and learning.

Property Section


Oversees the distribution and management of resources within the Colegio, ensuring proper tracking and utilization of goods. It supports student needs by managing equipment and material access.

Business Unit and Dormitory


Generates income through the sale of school supplies and provision of dormitory accommodations. These sections directly support students by providing essential educational materials and safe housing.
